And I'd like to start -- thinking the ownership because you know their passion to win agreeing that the winning team to Boston is what's behind. I'm glad he's here with us today to experience in the hope that it is with the franchise next I'd like to say you know the bitter part of this day is Minnesota got a good deal in this deal good trade where they -- franchise it's really hard for us who have invested a lot of time and development now Jefferson. Ryan Gomes Gerald green in particular the guys have been -- this for awhile we've we've been invested a lot of blood sweat and tears with them and and they've given us everything that they've had Al Jefferson is going to be fantastic player I'm glad -- in the Western Conference. And Ryan Gomes may be one of the best people have been around in 25 years sports a class class human being and we on -- upside any -- young still it has tremendous upside. And that they're just a different cycles Minnesota's -- phase of their franchise what we have and in developing young players. And outward another phase right now we are in a cycle what we feel like over the next. Handful of years we have the chance to be very special team and so we're really looking forward to that and so. And these guys will never be that victory and so they win and I think they know that for these guys top top of each one of them they know that nothing nothing has been accomplished. By this team at all. They have a chance excited for the hope that is ahead of them this year as everybody is and -- they do something together and collectively it they know that they have to play defense and know that they have to be coached. And they know that they have to continue helping the teammates become better 22 -- practice in and tough experience. And these guys have a lot to offer the the role players on this -- So you know they're they they know all that.

I just think this is -- is that -- not only okay myself organization it's funny -- this season after -- got hurt. That you know going to -- office what's the advantage here. You know we've always concerns about seeing ornamental losing streak you know one thing to say about them. You know they always -- about this team want to -- one earlier Minnesota and with the move that we made this summer you know we given. It's this big sacrifices you have movements -- okay -- that.
