In -- know what goes on to make every decision they know what goes on behind closed doors they know what decisions are are. You know things that go on in the public are in the private. Meetings and how decisions are made what decisions we make did not do deals what decisions we do to make deals there's medical decisions there's financial decisions. There's player evaluations in all the mistakes we've made it no. The good things that have happened in the organization and they're smart bright people and so you've got to make sure. They use all the problem not just -- revolving door. Shuffling coaches -- in management."

And that's where we will be looking at point guard in this year's draft. But you know both both things there's good there's benefits and there's you know that there is some block. We're Chicago you know like you said -- and match in those guys had like seven picks inside the top step. Over the last five years and that's whether -- building it a little bit faster. Although it's taken some time but we have been lucky and we we can still continue to get lucky we can do some things with some good artwork in them. And you know make good decisions in the draft."
