Will Tedy Bruschi be cut?

" I hope this isn't the case I worry about a little bit as a patriots fan. Have we seen the end of the Tedy Bruschi era here as a member of the New England Patriots. A patriots hall of Famer if ever there was one a guy who's number. Probably will and should be retired by the team when he's done playing a member of three Super Bowl championship teams. And yet -- back on it and and elected we -- back to the Ben Watson analogy here you know where you can't make the club in the top. Tedy Bruschi has has not really been able to participate as much as he'd like and probably as much as the coaches would like in training camp so far. And I wonder. With the depth of young linebackers on this team. And especially. With the possibility that the gonna play more for three even 34 I don't know that that's the case. I'm wondering if Bruce he's gonna have a spot to play here."

In whatever combination they have we still know that there are some questions that linebacker I mean -- there's no there's no doubt about that do the patriots -- Bruschi is someone who can contribute something to them. In a role and not be dead weight on a roster we have so you options with so few number of players to be on that roster."

Worried without reason here. But I I have this little nagging feeling in the back in my mind and I hope on wrong that we might have seen the end of the Tedy Bruschi. "

Again. If you look at it and say why would they go through. This whole process of doing training camp and -- and coming back in and and trying to contributed and play for the patriots here. If there wasn't some kind of dignified exit strategy for someone who means so much to the patriots organization through years like Tedy Bruschi you know I don't know they might they somebody's. Somebody must see something that you know what I IC a specific thing Belichick -- Nazis specific thing he can do for this team and he's gonna do it for when he five snaps a game I don't know I mean. I got a fair question I hope -- right now I really would love to seat Bruschi one final in years assuming he wants it. This is entirely up to Ian I I will say this in line and I'm builders breaks coming left and right here so you just pull that -- and pulled off stage here. I will say this if you can't play. -- I'm putting aside. By you respect and admiration for -- like you know what it's over I mean because there there's no question team missed the playoffs last year. Whose calm out here with an intense training camp there haven't to a days and obviously a commitment. Right from the very beginning it's different from past years by all accounts if he can't play he's done. And I don't think Bill Belichick will keep somebody on for all time -- open the question about that."

" I thought he did with Troy -- I thought he kept Troy Brown around role times. Troy Brown made very little contribution to the team his last year here he didn't really in play very much. And and by the way I had no wish you could pat. I have I have no we shall Belichick that would Bruschi. If Bruschi was willing and if -- Jack wanted I'm okay with that -- I think there are guys who -- that brown earned it Bruschi has earned it. If that's if that's what they end up -- I'd be happy with part time for Tedy Bruschi as opposed to note that."
