" yeah that's been kind of slow them but I think you know I've been to a couple of on the floor where you have a big name players that basically hold up the whole day and that's you know Johan Santana has so many clubs. -- in -- and then a lot of the other combination of those who might be talked about different players. Include that whole group of prospects in also on -- due to build the Orioles were Benard bedard a success then. You're going to use that basically that same group of prospects if you can't get sent so it that this kind of holding -- a lot of different moved a lot of clubs unmake."

Part of that deal would be pudge Rodriguez because they want to take -- contract with them to to New York. In return obviously Snyder to the -- of the -- washed into the Mets would we go to Detroit and I don't know the other pieces but that's kind of what's been -- the smaller."

" I'd love to hear your opinion on that cost -- and we all know that Santana is a great pitcher brilliant pitcher. If your if your general manager do you. I didn't and a flat and here's why I think he's one of those generational that it just doesn't come along every day you know you start looking -- On the possibilities of Beckett had Santana in the same rotation you can just cancel christmas a lot of people. " Right yeah you always hear these rumors herald that. Is going to be a big name with a going to be a lot of big names on this list do you expect any bombshells I guess I'm cynical I really don't."

" Well I don't really either although I've had several people that are very that made good baseball helmet there will be some. Some serious names are going to get dropped in there I'd just don't see the benefit of it and I. Don't just said it's going to happen."

" Unity and the other issue that people brought up in these parts is George Mitchell is heading the investigation and is also on the board of directors of the Boston Red Sox. If there isn't a Red Sox name on the list people are probably going to wonder about that tell."

" Well so just there's so many negatives that outweigh the positives in the social situations so whether it's. Senator Mitchell's reporter or himself or or the players or bring in the fans just don't see real positive thing happened with this whole thing."
