    The coach says they have to reinforce the positive points and work on the negative after a game like Sundays. There was no over-confidence or lack of respecting the Bills heading into the game, it all came down to Buffalo making more plays at the end. Looking ahead to the Raiders, keeping Oaklands running game will be a big issue on Sunday and there will be a different gameplan as opposed to getting ready for Buffalo, with the focus on tackling this week. Have to be able to defend the entire field against the Raiders, everyone is vulnerable to getting the play going in their direction. He also talks a little about the NFL Films “A Football Life”
