And one veterans you know wanted to quit and retire before they'd ever go back to another training camp looked like a -- came out their last Friday so a lot different these days aren't. Didn't exactly -- it's really not entered your grandfather's training that's. The other two days and you know that not an edge for three in four hours at a time. Those days are past really but the news deviate a lot more time. Out of had been in those wondering I spoke to a couple of guys about this. It's interesting that they -- that mental -- Nell are almost just as important as the physical work because you don't get as many physical reps which means. You have the time in the film -- with your playbook. That's more important really did did all those really cute stage camp it's more important it -- step down into the physical stuff done to get. How the entire offseason conditioning program to try to get that the -- down.
