Flat out I've been critical of the second -- not necessarily. -- defense that they get time. You know I'm very disappointed at the secondary because you know you don't have to. In a couple wants Coke foursome covered -- covered two it's not. You know very difficult. -- to play in that system and at times of a lack of concentration. Both put things that you can control as a football player and that the thing that really disappointed me because we were so proud of how law myself. It got like that on allowing big plays over your head that you -- that the easiest way to get beat so. -- see improvement now but even in the AFC championship game. That everyone else lined up and and be in the right position but also they have to take you within themselves to have pride and not -- coverages.

But yet still can't still -- better team without pain -- James Sanders is the pearl. He outcome of the work you work very hard and and and strictly that's not my decision that's -- And on bill but I disagree with that wolf 100% because I felt like saint. You know he's the right topic got that you want but. -- the same time you know you can never second guess the greatest cold cervical.

But pierce your thoughts of them according being moved. Primarily safety be -- an awful lot the last few weeks. -- what do you see from him what can make him a great safety why didn't it work record.

Well he's not going to be a great safety that less. Don't don't say the word great okay buddy. Bill he can he can be of service both safety and you know he had some versatility a lot athletic ability and and I think moving him around a good idea because now we keep some interest to keep some intrigue -- And now you know he -- from the enemy complicated -- if they -- button with a and they're split and he covered kind of flopped Philip Carlo. Some different things that you can do you add more speed when you get a quarterback therein and the only thing that yet to be wary up. You know what the different vision being. In the -- have to feel compared to be up there on the left or right flap playing quarterback position but. You know one thing about that is he's taken a lot of heat I think the one thing he has to do just focus all the little things you have inside technique played you know where you're thinking they'll play you just think he felt that the problem. They're young players past they have speed they have that led them but they don't necessarily replace mark all the time -- that Beck culled from just being young -- raw.

But you know -- according he's going to be fine he just needs to continue to work. Work and focus on the little things.

The lot of talk about Eli vs Tom Brady's -- of people -- you -- got a quarterback they take him in this game more Tom Brady. They've given by the -- play in the post season. When you stand on that as far as Eli Tom -- see this matchup.

I do think that you know most of the time win when Tom Brady would you know you look at two quarterback wanna to a game Tom Brady will clearly have the edge. And I -- can't say that Tom Brady had the edge in you and you put away everything that -- accomplished okay. In the past Super Bowl MVPs Super Bowl pick read everything that he's put up five that you put he's got on people. I mean on even playing you know playing field this year. And I don't know I don't know what -- give this too because Eli he's been fantastic this year the second half this season. And for the fourth quarter he's been clutch. He's been standing in the pocket sort a lot of poised patients showing a lot of confidence in himself and his teammates and I just don't know at this point. And we've seen the patriots struggle when Tom Brady's off just a little bit we've seen them struggle a lot.

Roddy -- front four for the giants is pretty good back in 2007 straight hands on Jason Pierre Paul is there. Is this a better front for this time around.

I don't look at the better from fourth very serviceable very good com fast athletic -- Paul he has really turned into a player. And he's not just the speed -- street would gather. You know -- he can play the war on -- and blocked field goals -- be he doesn't -- and just the versatility I guess to give the first game. The move them inside and played some tackle they had -- they had all OP plan against Matt Light. So they have a lot of versatility with these players and I just think if you get up and talk with healthy these next and other next week and have. I think if you don't blocked these front there's no chance the patriots went.

I know -- long way away and I don't know if you've gone there yet or not don't. I'm just curious on where you think this game is gonna go to give a prediction you ready to give out.

You won't you know what I'm I'm gonna predicted but you'll never know what to do a lot of Sunday night.

You know what I just you know I just think that -- like you know he's focus is really focused like -- the players I don't think. You have to do what got you here in the first place and I think. You know if you start change in routine got it don't watch normally locked from the start watching -- laden films like -- you don't even do that stick to your routine. And and that's when you start creating variety in nervousness -- and now you try to -- scientists -- just be yourself and cooperated some money tomorrow.

Well first bought five I played it at this time I'll probably be sleeping at the -- your base because I'll be broke it is. Second it's. If somebody hit and I know understand what in the felt confident that try to protect players long term and and maybe -- try to protect themselves so they won't come back and -- Four you know these stopping his injuries but I think on the football and it and we signed up and we know what we signed up for. And facilities it absolutely ridiculous I think. You know the officials make these make these stately make -- call you have to hold them accountable to you have to start finding some of these officials. And making them accountable because you know that this is disappointing every -- look up it's a big hit. Somebody you'd find some it in this crazy at least some of legit. And some of them you know you need to -- to -- five but. You know -- to think more accountability about officials.

You say that and at what she's playoffs Roddy in my crazy that looks like the officials are. Let these guys play a little bit more some that musicality is that is allowed back in the the secondary in the playoff struggle we saw on the regular seasons affair.

Well I just think that you know when you start talk about playoff football I think just like in basketball NBA finals you know you -- what you gonna let the guys rough a couple of good because you know there's a great deal of emotion and excitement that goes along with that you're not gonna call TT tech you're not gonna call. Our I think it all depends on the officiating crew could each officiating crew had their own personality but. I think when you when you get the Super Bowl they have the best officials available.
