And I became involved when to clients. Came to our forum were referred to me who had been shot. At a party twos Sundays ago outside the home of -- It if you if your clients were shot. Jon why why was in no arrests. They there's an ongoing investigation. They're the only place that I can tell you today that indisputable. Is that our client for shop. That the -- there's a bullet hole what it is -- -- artwork condition is he and is he still hospitalized. That he just got out of the hospital. The bullet went through his cheek through his head -- fractures he has some or brutal. Problems with global fracture issues with his left -- is I know very damaged. You have no doubt that Brandon meriwether. Is the wanna shut them. I have I have a lot of doubt about that -- mean I'm just telling I'm mean because that's what that's what these fellows coldly but I don't. I don't assume that could be true at all but I assume nothing to be true until we get in the investigation completed. So their allegation is that printer sharing their allegations their allegation to -- is is that that he shot. One of the fellows was that a fight with more about what someone else out there and they're allegation is that meriwether shot -- that bullet graze that fellow's head and hit. The second -- What -- she can hit. Well why they call you enough the cops that is at all or alt -- hey wait while I guess we don't understand them 01 and you know -- -- and we would why. If if they say he shot me do they not make an arrest immediately are there well. Cause the world the other thing I don't know why don't you. You called meriwether. Oh we ask -- we will I'm not sure he'll we've tried he'll. Alameda all say this about was very whether or not wasn't in the pocket I didn't shoot anybody out certainly speak everybody today. We're actually you know it would witnesses ourselves. But the thing you gotta be careful this is the ability and complete investigation -- mean. But it's still an open investigation little cavity here when when you and your crack news team. Call that you're gonna find that the lord can you hear about saying much. Yeah we already found that out early this morning. Rather -- being so so we know investigation is going on. That's that's that's not in dispute we note fell as a bullet hole through his sheet and it you can look at that he has. And that's what we now that we know that our client. Side that this that Brandon meriwether was the shooter. John -- wear your clients hospitalized that night of course. And and sold at both of them more when you sit well. How was that the house that night I would say that I didn't shoot outside today. I think he'd be might be more likely to call a lawyer then that your guys what I assume is already. John two points of order here one is it do you have any knowledge of the fact that the National Football League is investigating this case I don't know what I assume it will. And two I assume -- in contact with the legal authorities as you said have they given you an indication of how much longer this investigation will take. I don't know what I'm very close with with the sheer fear -- Orlando orange county and but they're not you know they are. It's a situation where you know you've got. Of a flight that went on -- -- -- -- spilled over to fight. Add a whole party at a popular. Outside in the front your in the door. At night. On -- Sunday night. And so there's a lot of witnesses there's a lot of you know. And as you know. Was in the in these types of things there's a lot of witnesses who do not want to to come forward and do not want to testify even even if they also. To your clients know Brandon meriwether. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- They know -- they went out the other 101 played football player and one -- so. So that's hospital lot of -- speaking though but that's you know. He says yeah that's important that's shock that he shops. What's the next step for you counselor. What they what I gotta do is be very circumspect suspect and not you know and make sure that this is that that I don't get out in front of this somehow more responded to. But we're working on that and -- the best -- I mean look the best the best way to tamp this plays out as if meriwether you know fact about -- there's not been raised to be. If in fact he was not in Florida that's that should put the end of this that right there. There is an ongoing investigation that does involve Brandon Meriweather.
