Me the journalists. The TV tires are fired up it was a fantastic. Book from a basketball guy from the standpoint of looking at him what he brings the table. I guess basically -- though last -- they needed a big body this is a big body out there. Obviously all the all the -- on the table with this group right now awaited -- back. They got to win now and it felt like all the people out there this guy. For whatever are always gonna have is gonna give me the best chance to do -- but I don't love it he's he's horrible defensively. Yeah he is a big body he still is still a decent rebounder he's not a -- like you.
So it okay but if you say horrible defensively. -- disagree with. Me c'mon aren't and the general which you -- can't -- can't do it you can't get that way. These horrible defensively. What does the big body do for president. Did you say he's a big body -- and none of us have Jason has a big body who -- who can lean on somebody in late and make him make us that are eligible.
It's bad but in the paint OK grab some rebounds that honestly. Was almost trying to post up. With his musicality with his size you -- we still not a good defender and he's gonna Leone's gonna weighed down in my blood shot occasionally hear there. I don't think -- particularly good help defense. I wonder how the ego I wonder how that you go fit here he's saying all the right things now that's great. He said all the right things in Cleveland and and there were times where I want the ball more he has you're not in the mall here.
And this is some but I hope we'll talk about tomorrow. We will carry that secure -- press conference tomorrow. Tomorrow morning. And I hope we -- able to talk with them after that press conference because. After after leaving Orlando for the lakers and the you know he had just he had just struggles early with Kobe Bryant -- Del Harris Jessica Harris. The casualties there. Phil Jackson comes and everything's cool they went three straight championships. They're five that he falls out he falls out with -- And it goes to Miami. And then he kinda has trouble in Miami after they win a championship then it goes to Phoenix.
That he has trouble in Phoenix they don't win a championship. Then he goes to Cleveland. When he asked troubling Cleveland -- Mike Brown. He's really become. -- of commercials are fantastic and -- quote a great but. Are we the guy who's a pain in the ass you don't absolutely free of pain in the air yeah absolutely it's.
I think I think now to with the ideas not as the -- that receive my comeback. I sort of feel bad doctrine. Because a rock river Doc -- by a game seven against the LA. Michael Willis was Fries and you know at night and I understood why he wanted to say you know maybe I don't -- do this anymore but now he's coming back. And he's coming back with the same cast the characters Rondo is who is now about to make the US world basketball team -- a team so you go there are which has been a problem for him is only limited bigger. You bring -- Shaquille who thinks he's 28 when he's 38 right you know and then you. Might bring -- back and -- by the way they do heads around don't go online and read -- Right and David -- him out like you'd like fifth on the Libor.
So it's it's going to be interesting for Doc Rivers. I don't think he's gonna help defensively now but here's the crazy thing about -- He won't -- in -- when he comes all right -- no he won't he won't inject. He's gonna miss some time during the regular season whether that's his call. Or or Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers saying you're the oldest player in basketball. You're the only active player left from the fifty greatest player list they came out 1990 that. Guy active laughed so we have got to pay issue of it. So he's gonna miss some time and regular season but despite the despite not being -- And despite missing some time walking to school. If you just off the top you know how many points -- street 67 point you know 121212. Point seven.
Yeah the one -- you like about him and you know I know some people think while he's gonna -- land that's -- limit Rondo and but we'll see how that shakes out minutes of the same thing about LeBron I don't know him -- necessarily if it -- blame for LeBron.
I I didn't I didn't I didn't like their team when he was starting -- and that they they were better small I -- that in no matter how small they probably should have brought him -- the bench last year. Either start Hixon who really came -- at the at the end of the regular season. Ol or or give Oscars to run -- is not gonna help you defensively but he will extend for.
And items and yes this site you but the thing about him is unlike Perkins. When Rondo lays it off anomalous to serious health but he's gonna dunk the basketball hall I mean that's he's so physical rail because I -- way to the rim as Azerbaijan's -- so. 45 easy assist Iran to a game when he's planned 2530 minutes tonight and secure -- that you know which is landed off Tillman minimal or are people physically.
