Wasn't expecting too much on my part I mean was it was -- unrealistic expectations. Fermi. To think that Bill Belichick might possibly stepped to the podium and say you know what I just all those guys in there this one's on me. You know I've met and I told him that -- I try to put them in the best position to win and I didn't do that tonight -- on me was that expecting too much on my part. Yes. Even if he felt that he wouldn't say it and I don't know that he felt that by the way I'm not suggesting -- I don't know but even if he felt that we ever say it.

Yeah I think if he felt that he would say -- I think he was. Leading the class it was the worst mistake. Anybody made last night just because of when it happened. And the -- there were involved there were other mistakes and there are other things that cost them the game but this thing lot of Laurence Maroney this was the biggest.

I'm the reason we lost the game.

But real and really know manipulate and it wasn't just go on for. It was during the timeouts needlessly in my opinion the first one abut the socket managed that -- that it was horrible. It was all those things we mock other coaches sport we make fun of Rex Ryan we make fun of Eric Mangini. All that stuff that we mock bad coaches wore your coach gave you last night. You don't have the right personnel on the field Brady has the burn a timeout you could see the reaction from Kevin Balkans like what the -- we -- and out here. Then you decide you're gonna burn your third and last time out. To make the bad decision in my opinion gulf war so even if you -- and by the way I only play it would have been overturned. I don't think there was -- and evidence -- dolls and all we're actually not but it's now almost beside the point because you elect yourself in a position. Yet there are a lot of things going on there and I said -- earlier today. It seems like. At that point let him score score because it's not like you got Bob Brady 45 seconds it because it's not like 2003. And 2003. Another mistake you made is. Is what letting them milk the clock and not let him score early. Now if you are. You have obviously Indianapolis is at a Cincinnati's -- Denver is tied with you but they -- to their ahead of the so and a best case scenario right now you're at your fourth. Well and you get a home game if you win the division anyway but to -- one. You'll play opening weekend you'll get one home game and and you on the road well if they if they win win the division got the win in the division. While it's a legitimate question after what you saw last night. And I forget which is there were some east analysts I watched after the game might have been the -- I forget. Talking about how this could be devastating for the -- going forward. When you get the jets -- in your next weekend. Can this team recover. Mentally physically how well usually all that.

I don't know -- I'm not talking about the emotional. Impact. Going into next week and we've seen this team we've seen this team and it. -- met many members of this team have dealt with a lot of crazy things including the quarterback who has seen. They've broken it down statistically. They said in in the National Football League. A fourth and two conversion would be successful 60% of the time. And they looked at at the Indianapolis situation. The ball on the 29 yard line two minutes left. Needing to get a touchdown to either win or tie a team gets a touchdown 53%. Of the time from that field position. They have actually made the statistical argument that Bill Belichick made the right decision. But I'm sorry you couldn't you throw numbers that you can give me statistical analysis. You can tell me how how many great decisions he's made his entire life which I agree with you giving all that stuff. He screwed up. And and it goes back to the Atlanta game and I know we had a disagreement about this -- back and they went for it on fourth down from their own 24 yard line.
