I've always I've always felt this way about Rondo is in look at. He has the perfect temperament. For me at four point gone because it if he was if he's down -- twenty. What he has -- hand and that to me it's temperament that you have to -- if you control in the team. And it just seems like because of the trade rumors. That there and because of the contract upcoming contract situation possibility. That that -- seem to be the topic is Rondo and so every little thing set and I should've known that. I don't really think that I've ripped to Rondell White -- imagination. But I do think that much should've known that you know may be saying anything. Might have just fueled. So much more fire. But it seems like the thing that that I said that were good about Rondo like how much we love him and now what great future we.

And you've got to deal with all these rumors being talked about you've got to -- calls from teams. How do you handle with like a point 30 Rondo and -- race name of any other name it's been out there the last two weeks. I'm sure you've got to talk to him how do you manage these guys get a pass this as players.

You know what I'm -- with a I tell them what things are real I tell them what things are not tell them what you know what our plans are -- tensions in both dark and and back tellem dislike it and I did have intention of trading him if there was something that work. Getting to the the draft last night to any any -- that anything surprise you were particularly the Minnesota Timberwolves have -- two point guards but now we find out the reveals that spoke today and said that -- be missed in Europe for the next couple years from maybe Minnesota got word that before last night what. Other than that anything really jump out -- you from last night.

Well first of all nobody. Repeat nobody would draft number five pick and let it spill over in Europe for two more years. I think they would go a different direction had they known about -- they had maybe win and that there wasn't a lot of excitement about rubio coveted Minnesota. But I think they drafted rubio because -- because he's got great value. He's probably. You know but yeah. The -- the flashed yes that may be the most value in trade and so forth as an asset. Even more so -- a player he's got a big name in the flash game for Minnesota in my opinion drafted him with the idea -- if he doesn't come. They'll have a great asset to trade it makes them an even bigger. Could I -- I -- like Jonny Flynn a lot and you know those guys are not have. Fit there's like conversation about our going to play together and -- going to start outcome I mean that's about cigar.

There that's possible most of what might well about a possible but forget that that's not good. The best they have a new draft and got that there you'd like to get a -- point guard or shooting guard at a point guard and so though I'm sure that -- that won't happen and the governor have to happen now. They initial training camp together if they can get -- over the United States and worked out and in the meantime they got all summer -- to try to figure out a better fit. For their team.

And so then what happened was. Right after the surgery three days after the surgery I mean a -- a lot of space. You know he can bend -- you all the way he could straighten it out all the way and he has went back to the west coast to the other day and before he left a summit -- in full weight work out she was doing squat you. He was doing you know one legged squads to make the squad and in doing most of the old routine again and I mean but his spirit is returned his his enthusiasm -- the upcoming season and this whole then all of a sudden it's -- Barack to be in the real Kevin Garnett. In his personality has returned and now you can deceit that once you bet they have -- spur removed on the back to leave it. That was really bothered him.

You hear you know these rumors about all the things to go on it. I guess it was it was so laughable. To me watching Kevin Garnett. Who were so optimistic that if -- if the Boston Celtics had gone on to maybe beat Cleveland or get as far as Cleveland.

Kevin Garnett was coming back -- is that we even had people audits of or Robertson secret injections. -- Kevin Garnett was they did not sit well anyway if it got rid of the comeback. It just got to be so pretty and I know people in the --

Well I mean Macs it's just it's just all talk I mean everybody thinks they know everybody at the differing view and then that everybody starts speculating on all sorts of conspiracy theories that mean. You -- hurt although. Media trying to contact median what was going on he's got these secret ACL -- Yes north that would always hoping I would always say to the media is like think about. The situation before you respond to mean if he had a -- to -- why in the world would you ever not get surgery immediately. And I mean. But there's so many crazy things out there that this really people don't think before they report. And and that is. Max he was not going to come back and play most likely I mean. Pain management and in the fact that he came back and played before. And played okay even though he wasn't the real Kevin Garnett but he played okay I think as an organization we were holding out hope that that might. Be the case but he can give us fifteen of twenty minutes. And you know made you Willis Reed type of you know surged for a couple of weeks and and you know really that was completely just KG in the -- if he could do that we would never putting pressure on him and we never. Anticipated or expected that to happen but there was a tiny bit a whole. But that might happen and you know hindsight maybe we should have relieved -- that pressure. But. You know I do not think he was going to play against Cleveland order in the NBA finals not unless he just felt. You know this -- in this in this adrenaline rush that was going to get about their but after the surgery I mean he was so much better. He wasn't healthy right after the surgery and it's gonna take another couple months. For him to be healthy enough enough to play basketball but we're very encouraged by the range of motion and the strength that's returned Britney and a top of that before the surgery was really able to get strong. Really really strong in and and I think that that's always helpful when you reach out from the surgery.

Game -- continues to obviously build your team for next year you see Vince Carter. The outer land you got Shaq balconies you gonna in the employ the new package that was gallery thing for next year how she actually profits for Cleveland.

IChat you can give a local's president Jack I think that that's a good pickup for Cleveland especially since it didn't really give up beneath Inca. To get Jack there -- so. You know how it all works would be you know everybody's gaps of its gonna make him that much better. -- I it doesn't change our plans. You know we've had some plans and what we've -- what we attribute this summer for the last month or two. We see the weaknesses of our team what we can do to improve from from our core and build realm damage improve our bench and down our plans have not changed it.

And -- and talk about the Vince Carter deal they they sent referrals accordingly Tony -- the jurors the surprised by this and how much better as Orlando and now the the world last year.

It'll be interesting to see I mean it's still don't have -- aside there's speculation that you make goes somewhere and so. You know Vince Carter might have been insurance -- typical little. So we'll see what the final product he has the mean it's it's as -- a very good player too good acquisition. For the price they gave up to get Vince Carter I think it's a good risk. Even though you'd -- was really becoming a good player yet fantastic. Rookie year and usually has come back after fantastic with year with the -- the terrific second year so that's like they didn't give anything up. Pot you know according least they'll probably isn't Vince Carter. And Courtney is a much better defender than bent the -- its -- dynamic score. -- I think it's a good trade for the Orlando and I think the western -- in Washington this is the -- probably improve themselves the most with. Mike Miller Randy -- and of course Gilbert Arenas and Brendan Haywood back LT. Bill will be a real force in the east texture as well.
