You really are creating jobs that maybe two or three people on the plan yeah do a good let's say answer the real pretty small group it irritable through the rules they love BC. They're not really interested in going to the pros. They understand the challenges. Of coaching -- BC. IE. If the kid has a two point one grade point average. And and and you know. Now their new rules on the boards and now back in the in the good old a 1600 on your boards is pretty good now. The guy has like a 1400 on his boards. On the SATs or to not what 2400. He's probably not going to get in the school. So you accept that and you know that there are certain kids that you can't get into the program and -- art and you still are able to make BC. On a top ten top fifteen program that wins a big game every now and. Like if if then and I agree -- give -- the pool of candidates is so slim I can't think of one. Like if if five if Doug Flutie after his NFL career to become a coach Wright and and you know was coaching. You know division three somewhere and and moved up in this and and all of a sudden Doug Flutie wants BA head football coach. He's he's the guy you're just describe. You know about the football legend at Boston College went to the NFL had a great career lives here locally roots here doesn't want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately doesn't -- coaching and but he never coached -- where that I know of you know maybe as a youth sports somewhere I'm like that not nothing that I you know so I can't find a guy who fits all the. And when -- football coaches don't win. They move on how many coaches they've had have had they had the last seven great years. When they don't win I understand everybody understands you're paid for performance if you don't perform used to get paid but you don't get the job anymore. But but it if you perform. If if Jeff Jarrett is Hinske was being fired today based on performance -- business heats at addict you I don't knots. And by the waging people people would have a hard time hiring a new football coach he would he'd get a guy. But a top flight coach would say play him. I won twenty games in two years went to two conference championship games and you fired him. Philosophical difference that well they could say what I mean yeah that's what you do. -- -- I got Italian. I think the idea that a contract as a contract and tell. It doesn't benefit -- way I want and that's no longer contract reds. Don't you get upset with the NFL contracts is the opposite it it it benefits the employer. See that's the interesting thing is that if you perform they're not in in 99% of the cases going to you know -- They're going to Lackey if you don't perform in which case -- I -- other sports like. We're not necessarily and there are times they're guys who perform and they still move on from them because they realize -- got somebody -- Who's better coming along or you know you're making seven million dollars a year we get the same performance for three and a half million why we hold -- you. I just I've I find it interesting to people in this day and -- don't think it contract as a contract in in sports in real life contracts contract. I mean you sign a contract by James is -- You know and and a year into easily you know White House that I thought. I think I'd like to get out of this now at target -- tried kidnapped throw see how that floats through the court system right in in the real world contract's a contract. In light a contract as a contract and I know you well enough by now I don't know that. You know integrity means something word mean something doesn't mean anything in sports. Word means nothing. Is that if you are eight you -- very I think very valid ask. Is there a back story here we yeah it's not just the contract story ears up and outscored and I think it's very valid to wonder if for instance is Jeff. And how well you wonder because of this situation at least let the wonder. You know what's the what's the program is up and up is as it always has been portrayed as.
