What seemed pretty -- improbable when you go back -- about four weeks ago that we knew we would be looking at Boston College. In the ACC championship game but they have gone on an unbelievable run. And they have done it with their back up quarterback Dominic Davis after they lost Chris crane it's been unbelievable the nine and three and if they win this week. They go to the Orange Bowl joining us live right now as -- get ready do well -- the wind it down Florida. All year they talked about it it was one of their goals and you know here we are so. When we when we got beat by claps and and you know we were five and three and we have lost two games -- we had North Carolina Florida State Wake Forest and Maryland last. I think very few people thought we'd be where we are run.

To go a lot of questions though when you guys made the move to the ACC. That could through -- working out today as as there or did you were you surprised by yourself.

Will speed you know you've played here you were one of the great players that played here and you know among some of the people down south didn't realize that we play pretty good football appear to -- and you know we have. We have gotten better through the years I mean the last decades Europe Boston college's. Is really really been -- good as far as football goes and you know Steve you've seen the facilities that we have now and you know their their first class and we've got great coaches and they they've gotten every single thing not at this team that you get out of.

If financially it's difference for a difference for the school but what does it mean. As far as recognition what does that mean in making Jackson's job a little bit easier. In recruiting.

Well first of all there's no difference in money anymore. -- out because the BCS bowls paid about seventeen million. And some of the other balls pay you know one point 21 point three somewhere America. But everything goes into the ACC -- They were all given an allowance to work with and then everything is split evenly at the end of the year. So we have this year. Gate revenues. That are a little bit upset that they are not going to be playing in the championship game this one this year seems more bizarre than anything we've seen before. Is this in any way the outcry that we might experience here in a few weeks will this in any way. Prompt at getting at a national playoff system you know some little we have and in basketball.

No I wish that we could.

And it would be so easy to implement and we could do with eight teams. You know you take the top eight teams and used -- four bowls that they were plan -- BCS games since. And come out there with four teams and you know they play the next week and then the next weekend.

There's no reason forest not to have playoff. But we're not going to see one until at least 2014.
