But I think it does have a committee organizational standpoint we we look. And anchor for a lot of our young -- Really for them to understand you know what it takes two to play in this -- -- a consistent basis then come into this year with. With that attitude of okay we -- We did a little bit more than we are expected but we still have to keep reaching for the next -- latter in. Our young guys have certainly come -- and done that. You know our our our older or veteran players if you will. You know could have -- stride yet but they're contributing. In different ways maybe not necessarily score sheet but. What it does is you know. In other guys really contribute. You know the other guys are able to contribute you see them kind of quote shuffle lines over the course of the year. Two to reward a yes some of the young guys with more ice time in but it also has. It has still not taken away anything from how -- distribute the next. You know obviously when you when you look at other teams' records before they play you eat -- -- feel like okay they're going to be geared up or they're going to be coming out strong and are going to be coming out hard but. We do have to recognize effective what you know what they're coming off of the last couple of games in the fact that that we did beat him in here last time. You know so it's it's more about how to prepare for specialty teams against Buffalo and then. You know focus on on what we have to do as a team. To play well and and what we have to do as a team as -- the success that they've you know we've had this year.
