And speaking on my own. Behalf here -- my my opinion of what we might think. We it would air the game was rained out. Played next day with the difference explain evident. So this is one time where. I don't know of that. We deserve blame there are times obviously one of the beautifully. And -- deserves. But. Again I would suggest if we had such power game they would not been played that in the live and -- game. Late Sunday night better -- night. -- What would've happened but it didn't happen that way and that to -- showed that.

Obviously we're not running -- sport. You know I I I I hole but blameless for what happened at the All-Star game when they ran out of pitchers in the game ended in the -- back -- defended him. I said it was the managers of that game brenly in Torre who screwed that thing up. But I think I think Bud Selig deserves a lot of blame for what happened here over the weekend. His unilateral decision that any World Series deciding game apparently has to go nine innings now I applaud. I think hell wouldn't share that with a fox baseball announcers.

Well how about the players more importantly. Okay and that really it is a sticking point though. Yes explain on this. Particular issue I wrote about this today. Yeah I just yeah I I do agree with that you can not in the World Series game I that this thing that's like yeah.

Like I totally agree that and you know what as I wrote today. That it happened. The outcry over the 92 All-Star I would have been compared to the outcry over what that would. -- common sense that he's as good. Logical even though the idea of changing rules and no World Series is a little bit -- And it raises a little bit of an unusual president of disturbing. But yeah we're talking about. He wanted I think guys to get back to the out -- element here. People always ask one of the game's start solely and that is a fair question and it's one that's been debated long. Does fox have ratings guarantees for its advertisers. Because I think they do this I might dollar basically what I just -- and I understand. I I I believe based on past practices then that there are ratings guarantees to the major advertisers. Which means that fox has in Italy.

It up right right and and yet probably I've heard that with other things I would imagine it applies here as well.

And to me that's the primary reason why there is no afternoon game. Just one afternoon game in the World Series because fox can't make its ratings guarantees at their planet you know 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

I'd like to see it I get a perfect world but if the games started earlier on the east coast people wouldn't he has. Much clamoring for the you have to I don't think and not nineteen. And we have Monday Night Football it starts at 9 o'clock every week so what -- real about it but at the same time. Those are. Real issues but I just describe about the fox paying all that money in eating it make the money back that's a real issue. If you want to change the way you do business with the television networks in and let in order to gain more control. -- that's something you can do something they've chosen.

And hope by the way let's talk about the World Series itself I mean actual games being played. I'll win the games have been played the Phillies.

So my final question Kevin Youkilis before game four I guess it was was presented the Hank Aaron Award the American League for best. Offensive player is this a precursor to something bigger or is that a consolation prize. Because -- somebody else is going to be the MVP.

I know probably view with winning an Award -- on Aramis Ramirez when he at the National League and we have a fan vote that's the kind of thing that's going to happen. So.
