8-18-08 Patriots Lose Another Preseason Game

A lot of football -- it is played our first Patriots Monday of the season. We are down here to -- and it's one of the Patriots Monday is where we have no idea who's going to show up winner yeah. Because they got in got that murder or our community that you teach that guy you like yes. You know like -- think he -- I think he's crazy gives you material and twelve months it's gotten. I'll go to -- you know he gives I had very bad thing. I I I hate to admit this what are pathetic you can say it was immediate freeze on right now I can't -- Thing about -- an idea. I tell you about the pathetic existence that I -- I had no idea who was two in the game I was jumping upper deck.

I had no idea I think honestly I watched it more for sterling than anybody else you -- broadcasters who can't turn away. If it got to give this -- I you know Marshall Faulk was sort of like.

He -- a familiar faces you forget. It happens you forget that is a practice game at the scrimmage. And so overreacted everything now. I will agree. At the Patriots. Didn't stop them but now plays that they should have stopped because we're gonna say they Dean Pees was holding things back and Bill Belichick was holding things -- Don't we think that Jon gruden was over some things back to keep winning running -- is game one offense out there against the Patriots it was pretty much. Power running plays. From the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So you can bring your your banality of the guitar but I allotment of going to play football -- little bit. And in that scenario the Patriots came up short they didn't do a good job but overall. To be concerned about a game in Tampa. In August. I think is -- stretch. I'm not too concerned I -- would have Patriots. Pre season games. Giving -- hand of -- to come I can't think I can't think of any Patriots pre season games and the Bill Belichick era that have told us anything.

The only concern I have watching the two games that we've seen so it's man we gotta get the offensive line. You know we get Stephen -- healthy and Matt Light -- and and get some semblance of the normal offensive line back in there. And then and then take little snapshots. And you say hate Jerod Mayo looks like he comply. You know I I don't look at any of these guys. The guys who won the normal guys you know were going to be around here. Come September I don't look at any of those guys that's well I think Richard Seymour lost year. -- that Bruschi looks like he can't play anymore. I am not the track record with all those guys -- to watch them. What you do you look at that it would do lots of about I don't watch him you want to see obviously these are they don't sit there all got luck. I don't think any of blows. I think our biggest legitimate for fans to look at the quarterbacks. Because you've lost. I mean I think 90% of the people. There on the -- that you know they can't help that but 90% of people think that the best cornerback left. Is playing and playing at Philadelphia right now that's okay so there's no Sante Samuel you got Fernando Bryant in there you've got. Ellis Hobbs and there.

you've got people. So you want to see how they perform. Without Asante Samuel I think that is I think that's legitimate detect that I'm not too concerned about it except health and by the way. But now I won't go crazy over the pre season but I do find it hard to believe that you're not concerned over any thing. I'd you don't -- now so you. He has his day a impeccable football game.
