Is the equivalent of a quarterback in the in the defensive backfield there his experience of his ability to hit hard and you know it's not exactly a year -- memorable hits this year his presence alone is a deterrent as you know for some offense.

Well you know my job today about Rodney Rodney is such a great guy no we got married a few years ago on a kind of not been able to talk to region back there and he lives back there are now but. Helio was such a quality guy here and I think not only. Did he play great football for the chargers but I think you also talk a lot of the younger players how to play here in San Diego now they had to become professional ball players and I think there're a lot of guys that in doing -- young football players are probably really prospered by haven't Rodney on the roster even though we haven't played a whole lot this year.

Well I think it should be first come first serve I mean if you're football fairly -- one man have a an opportunity to see your team play in the playoffs you want to go to the trouble applied all the way across country pay the airline -- pay the hotel room intact here in San Diego and you know bring money in the city of San Diego. I don't know why you know other chargers are doing this obviously we've seen a lot of teams Mike you over the years that have come in mother being the Packers -- the chiefs -- the -- her her you know some of the other big time teams that commend. It and they out to cure the charger fans that's not be in the case this year this stadium is -- loud this -- it's ever been in obviously this week it'll be even louder because there are going to be too many New England fans there are.

Right a lot of -- we did get an -- summary out -- chargers did sell out every home game this year yep they did okay and -- know that works nicely Korea I guess I guess from the perspective of the people here who do have the money to fly across country get our hotel take a weekend off from whatever they have to do went. And pony up whatever -- it takes to get -- ticket they're just little disappointed and and some of them are taking it as well okay were didn't -- doubt there and and it's understandable you want to have maximum home field advantage. But to me if if you if you have a thousand tickets you grew up to the public for Europe to the entire country.

I would agree with that you know the other thing I would say out here in San Diego I think gamble for the playoffs even got underway last week on might talk -- at least I can't speak for the other talk show -- here on our station -- in town but.
